Forklift

For clients with warehouse facilities we offer counterbalance training, the ADTS instructor team are accredited to deliver on site training for most pieces of mechanical handling equipment used in our sector. All training is offered under ITSSAR accreditation from novice to instructor levels.

 

RTITB Lift Truck Experienced Operator

Duration: 3 Days

Entry Requirements:

For experienced, medically fit operators who have not had the advantage of formal tuition or who have failed the Test of Competence.

Objectives:

To gain the certification required, via ITSSAR end testing, to operate a Lift Truck  in a safe, efficient manner as laid down by The Health & Safety at Work Act 1974

Content:

As per ITSARR test syllabus to include:

Health & Safety at work

Safety Codes of Practice

Safe operating procedures

Hydraulics systems

Loading/unloading of vehicles

Manoeuvering exercises

Pallet Handling

 

RTITB Lift Truck Instructor - Re-Registration/Assimilation

Duration: 5 Days

Entry Requirements:

Existing Lift Truck Instructors wishing to qualify as an RTITB Lift Truck Instructor or renew existing RTITB Lift Truck Instructor qualification.

Objectives:

To renew or convert an existing Instructor qualification, via RTITB end testing, to become a recognised RTITB Lift Truck Instructor.

Duration: 10 Days

Entry Requirements:

Experienced Lift Truck Operators wishing to qualify as an RTITB Lift Truck Instructor

To gain the qualification required, via RTITB end testing, to be recognised as a an RTITB Lift Truck Instructor

RTITB Lift Truck Novice Training

Duration: 5 Days

Entry Requirements:

Candidates must be medically fit to operate a Lift Truck

To gain the certification required, via RTITB end testing, to operate a Lift Truck  in a safe, efficient manner as laid down by The Health & Safety at Work Act 1974

RTITB Lift Truck Refresher Training

Duration: 1-2 Days (See Entry Requirements)

Entry Requirements:

For operators holding a current certificate at the time of training (1 Day) or previously certificated and experienced operators whose certificates have time expired (2 Days).

Objectives:

To gain the certification required, via RTITB end testing, to operate a Lift Truck  in a safe, efficient manner as laid down by The Health & Safety at Work Act 1974
